Program is conducted in the Conference Hall of Beltola College. This program has been fully impressive and wisdomfull as the Chief Guest of the Program Professor Rajib Handique , the HOD in History, Gauhati University is delivering a thought provoking deliberations on ORAL HISTORY to the students. 
In this program in addition to the Principal of this institution, the faculty members along with numerous number of Students are proportionately shared as 
presentees.This program is organized by the Department of History in collaborating with IQAC, Beltola College.
