Notice for 4th Semester Examination Form Fill up

It is hereby informed to all the concern students that the Examination form fill up process for students of FYUGP Semester-IV Regular Batch-2023),Examination-2025 will be done through SAMARTH e-GOV Portal. from 20th May to 25th May-2025 (Without Fine) and up to 28th May (With Fine). Students must log in https://gauhati.samarth.edu.in for filling their Examination forms.
1. Office of the Controller of Examination, Gauhati University will not accept any examination form or fee from students.
2. Individual students need to deposit the Examination fees through online payment gateway available in the SAMARTH e-Gov Portal only. No other mode of payment will be accepted.
3. Candidates have to deposit their Examination Centre fees to their Colleges only.
4. Please note that those candidates who did not complete the Course Registration process as per notification must not attempt to pay Examination Fees and their Form Fill Up will not be successful, even though payment has been made University will not be responsible any such payments made in SAMARTH e-Gov Portal.

Fees to be paid:
Candidates have to deposit Examination Fees through online payment gateway available in the SAMARTH e-Gov Portal only:
Candidates have to deposit Centre fees & practical fees to be paid through Online in the College account only.
1. Examination fees is Rs-890.00
2. Centre Fees is Rs-400.00
Total Fees Rs=1290.00 Principal
Late Fine = 270.00 Beltola College
***Practical Fees Rs. 340.00 Guwahati-28
(Those who have Practical subjects)
